With the Animal Training skill, certain beast may be tamed. Different masteries of the skill unlock more creatures along with more options. All these creatures are commonly found as pets within the Cities, but may also be found in the Wilds.
Novice Level:
Basic Tricks may be taught, the animal is barely obedient.
Cerberus
Due to having three heads, a Cerberus dog will often have three very different personalities, causing the heads to fight each other. As puppies, they tend to be very clumsy, the three siblings trying to learn how to control the one body.
Ferrequeet
A small four legged bird that is fond of singing. Its tail is used to naviguate in flight. It eats insects, berries and seeds, however always prefers meat.
Firetail Dogs
Dogs with beautiful tails that come in yellow, red, orange and white. They have long ears and two pairs of eyes. They are very loyal and usually grow to knee length.
Kize
This colourful feline is a popular pet. They have short legs, their ears touching the ground, and long vibrantly coloured bodies. Once fully mature a Kize will often reach four feet from nose to tail.
Ghharana
A large desert creature used as a sand horse for crossing the Great Desert. These calm creatures can be ridden by any with basic skills, however are quite tall and slow. Their ears, nose and eyes are on the side of their heads to protect them from sand storms, and they can store large amounts of water within bumps on their legs for later use.
Intermediate Level:
The animal tends to listen to commands, however they are still fairly basic. The intermediate level include the ability to ride animals of its category.
Antrio
Quick mounts which may carry no more than a single person, and perhaps a bag. They can shorten a trip by hours, but their feet are useful for little other than flat land.
Bashooka
Mainly aquatic creatures, they are good for short pleasure rides in the water. They are fairly friendly, making thema popular attraction for children. The Bashooka can even be found as pets in coastal towns such as Suddene, however often require lots of care to keep them wet.
Great Lizard
These creatures, despite their menacing appearance, are quite friendly when tame. They are vegetarian, the insides of their mouths are well protected so that they may eat cacti. They are sometimes used as mounts, but cannot travel as far as a Ghharana.
Skilled Level:
Larger animals may be tamed from the Wild, and taught fairly impressive tricks.
Grickon
Grickons are cold-blooded creatures, leading to their more popular name 'Cold Ones'. They are the official mount of Zezuran soldiers, as they are quick and ferocious, as well as very capable under extreme heat. They are almost always seen in light armor, carrying a banner with the flag of Zezura, as they have become quite rare in the Wilds. It is illegal for the general populace to ride a Grickon.
Master Level:
An animal trained by a Master will never disobey and learn tricks at a surprising rate.
Khitan Tiger
A large and dangerous mount, their large coat of fur has made them a useful mount in the country of Thule. However they are still scarce, for if not properly trained, they could easily kill their owners.
